We also maintain our fleet of transporters so that we can control our delivery times, making prompt delivery a commitment we can make to you. Conveyor chain Our signature product. Our chains are made of durable and high quality steel. The mechanical properties of our chain (40Cr alloy steel) far outweighs the standard mild steel used in other chains (JIS S45C carbon steel). 40Cr has a tensile strength of ≥ 980 σb/MPa, more than 70% over S45C. 40Cr has a yield strength of ≥ 785 σb/MPa compared to ≥ 343 σb/MPa for S45C. Our chains come to you with a 2-year warranty, compared to the standard one year offered by the industry. Former holder Another KSG signature product. We supply former holders with discs made of nylon, mild steel or stainless steel (type 304 or 430). Our former holders are coated by electro-deposition process for hardness and durability. We use larger and separate sets of bearings to create former holders than can bear a higher load. We can also supply components such as discs, nuts, shafts, springs, housing and bearings. Power transmission Power transmission components are key to keeping the dipping line moving, and KSG supplies a complete range. Sprocket gears – made of mild steel, carbon steel or stainless steel, in pitches from 12.7mm to 120mm. Gear shafts – made of mild steel, carbon steel or stainless steel, in diameters from 1” to 10” and lengths of up to 3 meters. Tapper lock pulleys – in standard sizes. Our customers can choose to customise the bore size and keyway. KSG has established a track record in the areas of refurbishment, modification and the provision of technical advice. Our shop floor has been re-designed to cater for the logical flow of disassembly, cleaning, coating and reassembly. We continuously invest in automation to reduce the overall processing time and probability of human error. Refurbish Modification & replacement We can refurbish former holders at a capacity of 5,000 former holders per day. Coupled with proper planning and logistical integration, such high capacity can enable you to minimise your downtime. To manage the delivery process, KSG provides both the collection and delivery of your worn and refurbished former holders. We further have the capacity of refurbishing chains at 10,000 metres per month. With this capacity we can cater for large dipping lines and/or multiple smaller lines at any one time. Our facilities are equipped with test benches to ascertain that chains are up to specifications prior to shipment. With skillsets in the areas of design improvement, milling and machining, KSG can modify your dipping line or sub-systems to upgrade the line's capacity or to enable the line to function more efficiently. Our project delivery approach KSG provides an end-to-end solution for your envisaged glove dipping line. We have successfully built, installed and commissioned a number of dipping lines in Malaysia and we count amongst our clients some of the largest glove manufacturers in Malaysia. Our team of technical professionals and support staff will manage for you the process from the planning stage to the testing and commissioning of your line. KSG's core team comprises project managers who skills and experience have been forged through years of practical, hands-on involvement in steel fabrication, modification, machining and design and installation of dipping lines. Our team is supported by a group of co-ordinators whose role is to facilitate the timely ordering, delivery and clearance of materials and parts that enable our project team to complete the build on time and within budget. Depending on your requirement, delivery of a complete dipping line, from the conceptualisation phase to the commencement of production, can be completed within a four to six month timeframe. Build a complete dipping line or buy component systems to suit your needs KSG can design and build a complete dipping line, customised to your needs, or supply sections and sub-systems to complement your existing line. We are capable of designing and installing both latex and nitrile dipping lines with chain lengths of up to 1,700 metres, line lengths of up to 130 metres and heights of up to 15 metres.
